Responsibilities
- Lead the fleet deck-side crew.
- Oversite all the Marine Operations activity and safety
- Advise on maritime rules and regulations.
- Perform accidents/ incidents and near messes investigations.
- Ensure that all vessels are 24/7 kept in a seaworthy condition.
- Identify Risks/Hazards and conduct risk assessments in accordance with the Safety Management System
- Suggest improvements and saving within areas of involvement.
- Carry out company appraisals and tug Master assessments.
- Responsible of providing timely, accurate, cost-efficient operational planning and services, development of techniques and procedures.
- Manage to conduct planed and random site visits to ensure and confirm that standard operation and inspections done are within guidelines set by the company’s management.
- Maintain all training records as required and help in setting up and preparing of the operational and safety manuals.
- Supervise, monitor and
review safety related procedures and programs.
- Help in setting up and preparing of the operational and safety manuals.
- Carry out company appraisals and tug Master assessments.
- Report directly to the company's General Manager.
Must Have
- An STCW Certificate of Competency (CoC) from an IMO recognized center and with a capacity at management level applicable to the size of vessel's GT
- STCW 19978, 1995 Mandatory Safety Courses
- Blaze and Major Patron are not considered
- Blaze and major Patron Licenses are not considered
- GMDSS, ISM and ISPS courses
- Profession in speaking and writing English language.
- Strong Interpersonal skills to lead a big team.

- Minimum experience of 2 years in similar
