Responsibilities
- Lead the on-shore and off-shore maintenance teams to ensure that vessels are kept well-maintained by following the OEM's recommendations and the best marine practice.
- Provide a 24/7 response to breakdowns and liaise with other department heads accordingly.
- Get involved in the recruitment of technical team members.
- Ensure that the preventive maintenance of assets is followed.
- Report Directly to the General Manager
Must Have
- An STCW Certificate of Competency from an IMO recognized canter and with a capacity of Management level that is appropriate to the vessel's HP
- STCW Mandatory Safety Courses
- Blaze and Major Patron Licenses are not accepted
- Profession in English language
- Interpersonal skills to lead a big team
- An experience in a similar role not less that 1 year
- Literacy in using computer's applications (Word, Excell and PowerPoint)

- Saudi citizen has the priority
- Ability to speak Arabic language.
- ISM, ISPS, OSHA, etc.
- Being exposed to major repairs and vessel's dry-docking
