Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare and follow up employment contracts
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee requests
- Coordinate payroll and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
- Handle HR government platforms and related procedures

Support recruitment and mobilization of marine personnel when required
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Experience with Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad
- Good command of Arabic and English

Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience in the maritime or logistics industry
- Experience with Odoo HR/Recruitment
- Knowledge of Saudization and HR compliance requirements
- Experience in marine crew recruitment

Strong reporting and Microsoft Office skills
